Abstract: 

Purpose: The purpose of this applied research is to study the effectiveness of gamification on corporate training.  Methodology: A gamified course was designed and implemented to train the location of Fire Hosing Cabinet for 24 employees of a firefighting maintenance company in Iran Mall shopping Center in Tehran. Using a quantitative quasi-experimental research plan (post-test only control group design) the participants of the study were randomly assigned to treatment (12) and control (12) groups and trained for a week.  Conclusion: The descriptive and interpretive result of the posttest analyses indicated the effectiveness of gamification of the training performed for the employees of the firefighting maintenance company in Iran Mall shopping Center in Tehran. Moreover, the descriptive result of Gamification Acceptance Questionnaire answered by the members of the experimental group after gamified training indicated that all the participants in the experimental group were satisfied with the gamified training course.

CURRENTLY A BREAKWATER EXISTS IN THE PORT AREA AND THE MAIN PURPOSE FOR ITS EXTENSION IS TO PROVIDE ACCEPTABLE CALMNESS AT THE LOCATIONS OF NEW BERTHING STRUCTURE AS WELL AS NAVIGATION CHANNEL. Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to investigate the different dimensions of entrepreneurship Development plan (EDP) at Islamic Azad university khorasgan Branch. To achieve this end from among 10023 students and 150 Faculty members as targets of population a sample of 300 students and 50 members were randomly selected. The research procedure was of a descriptive survey in which two researcher- developed questionnaires were employed for data collection. The first questionnaire contained 44 close- ended questions with a reliability of 0.86 for the Faculty members and the second included 31 statements for the students with 0.93 reliability on the basis of the Cronbachs Alpha coefficient. Analysis of the research data was performed on two levels: descriptive (such as mean frequencies average, percentage and standard deviation) and inferential (independent t-test). the research findings revealed that from the viewpoint of Faculty members and students’ methods of propagating the entrepreneurship culture with an average mean score of 4.02 and 3.74 respectively, entrepreneurship teaching material with a mean of 3.72 and 3.88, methods of entrepreneurship 3.70 and 3.80 and research priorities of entrepreneurship 3.96 were above average. Interestingly, there was no difference in their answers will regard to their demographic features.

Abstract: 

Sustainable Development is a new field involving politics, culture, economy, trade and industry simultaneously, while supporting environment, coexistence with nature and equal human rights, and dealing with countries domestic and international affairs. Since in the field of clean environment, social skills Development is an important element in creating a sustainable Development, this paper compares the effectiveness of project and non-project-based E-learning on the Development of social skills along with sustainable Development of Arak Payam Noor University students. The 750 number of E-learning students of Arak Payame Noor University is the research population. Among whom 30 are selected using the purposive sampling method. The Matson et al standard questionnaire is used for data collection. The validity of Matson’s standard questionnaire was confirmed in past researches. The reliability coefficient is calculated by the Cronbach's alpha alpha method. The reliability coefficient is calculated equal 0.86 in this method. In this paper, project and non-project-based E-learning students are studied in two separate groups. The average of two groups is compared using the paired samples (Coupled) of T-test. The calculations show that the results of the sustainable Development of social skills of project and non-project-based E-learning students are significantly different.

Abstract: 

Most researches in the felid of human resource Development by means of personal Development plan has focused on education and health industries. The aim of this research is to explain human resource Development process in order to gain a better understanding and identifying factors affecting this process in project- based organizations. To this end, by adopting grounded theory methodology, Data was gathered through open and in depth interviews from 12 person of HR department of Nasbniroo company based on the notion of theoretical sampling and then was rigorously analyzed. Findings show’s that varying individual, group and organizational factors such as Development seeking, competition for progress, receiving performance feedback and compulsory Development cause individuals and organizations to embark on developing personal competencies. Furthermore, personal Development plan is an effective tool for coordinating Developmental efforts and can result in desirable outcomes such as enhanced employability and improved individual and organizational performance, as well as undesirable outcomes such as justice-seeking conflicts.

Abstract: 

Background and purpose: One of the indices that assess the efficacy and progress of health sector is the clients’ satisfaction with hospital services. To promote this index, Honoring the Client project was proposed in Iran. Client-orientation is of great importance in today’s world, so, we have decided to evaluate this project in Sari Imam Khomeini Hospital (hospitalization wards) along with Health Development Program in 2015.Materials and methods: A cross-sectional study was done in Sari Imam Khomeini Hospital, affiliated with Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences. The study population consisted of 2800 and a sample of 328 subjects were randomly selected. A questionnaire was designed by the University and its validity was verified by researchers using alpha-Cronbach. Data analysis was done by measures of central tendncy in SPSS V.20.Results: The satisfaction rate from hospital services, nursing services, and medical cares were (p<0.005) 43.83%, 53.46%, and 68.15%, respectively.Conclusion: Implementation of the Honoring the Client project was successful in Sari Imam Khomeini Hospital. This project would be more fruitful if performed alongside Health Development Program, the Hoteling project and regular monitoring of the hospitals.
